Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business and are excited to get your products to you as soon as possible. This policy outlines the shipping options, costs, and timeframes associated with your order.
Processing and delivery times
We will undertake to ship and deliver your order within 48 hours in Nairobi, and within 4 working days for orders out of Nairobi. This timeframe may vary depending on the availability of items, order verification, and custom product creation (if applicable). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipment is free for orders above Ksh5,000. Please note, this only applies to areas that are 5 kms within the CBD of given towns. Orders below Ksh5,000 incur a standard delivery fee of Ksh500 for shipment countrywide. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to ensure a smooth and swift delivery.
Please note this excludes certain hard to access areas such as Garissa, Isiolo, Lodwar, Lokichogio, Loitoktok, Lamu, watamu, ukunda, Kilifi & Taveta etc which will incur additional shipping costs as provided by the courier company.
Orders can also be picked-up from our Nairobi Branch on Lunga Lunga Road. Mombasa orders can be collected from our warehouse in Liwatoni along Taib bin Nassir road next to Doshi hardware.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement order.
