Do you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately we do not deliver on Public Holiday. However, we prioritize deliveries placed before public holidays to ensure they arrive shortly after. If you have a unique request please Call us on +254730956789. Currently, deliveries are not available on the public holiday itself. If you're unsure about the timing of your order, let us know and we'll be happy to check.
How fast is your delivery?
We take pride in getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed within Nairobi typically arrive within 72 hours, and orders outside Nairobi take 5-7 working days to deliver. How do I pay for My purchases.
You can py for your purchases via Debit Card, Credit card, or MPesa when you place an order online. Kenpoly does not accept Cash on delivery or cash when collecting items In-person from the Kenpoly store.
Do I need to be present to sign for the delivery?
No need to wait at home all day! You can designate someone you trust to sign for the package on your behalf or share the contact of the person expecting the delivery with us so we can notify them on arrival. Just let us know their name and contact number by giving us a Call on +254730956789.
What are your delivery charges?
For orders Below Kshs. 5000 our delivery fees is Kshs. 500, for orders above Kshs. 5000 Delivery will be free. For information on Shipping please refer to our Shipping policy.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
You'll receive an invoice via email as soon as you confirm your order. You can also access it anytime through your online account. Log in here to Print or Donwload you Invoice.
How do I schedule an order and change details of my scheduled order?

What time does Kenpoly Open?
Our Nairobi and Mombasa stores are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Does Kenpoly Deliver Outisde Nairobi?
